Lovely, classic 1950s jet  black rayon velvet evening coat with an open front that closes only at the neck, with a covered button, as needed. The fur collar I believe is black mink, though the hair is a little longer than generally. 

The coat is lined in white satin. Two front slash pockets. No label.

The perfect topper to a vintage evening dress. In recently clean excellent condition.
